I specialized in anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Therapy. My approach varies based on the client's needs. I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy this approach allows the client to identify and challenge negative thinking. During the session, the client works through exercises to explore their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.

The client and I build a treatment plan to help guide the future session. I work with the client to decide what they would like to accomplish.
