Hi! My name is Lindley. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Making the decision to begin therapy can feel intimidating, vulnerable, and at times flat-out scary. My goal is to make sure you don’t have to face this journey alone. Whether you are navigating everyday stressors, battling with trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, or curious to learn more about who you are and explore your story, we can begin the journey together, as I believe in a collaborative approach. Therapy is not about “fixing” you, rather it’s about understanding your story, recognizing what you carry, and finding new ways to move forward.
My therapeutic approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Accelerated Resolution Therapy to process trauma, client-centered therapy to honor your voice and your experiences, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help challenge and shift unhelpful thought patterns and build healthier coping strategies.
I strive to provide a safe and judgment-free space where you feel both seen and heard. One where you can come as you are and feel supported.
