I specialize in processing trauma through techniques such as EMDR & Somatic Experiencing - with special interests pertaining to female empowerment, maternal well-being, couples, & parenting struggles. For couples work, I am additionally Gottman Level 1 & 2 certified, as well as trained in EFT.
