I’m an experienced psychotherapist, with a specialization treating depressive and trauma disorders. I’m also an End of Life Doula, a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator, and a life long student. I believe in working with the whole person, the spiritual and the neuroscience, the felt sense and the intellect.
