I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, major life transitions (divorce, health issues, career), low self esteem and those who want to have more balance, peace and less stress in their life. I work with couples who are going through the divorce process and want to learn how to co-parent for the well-being of their children. I also work with teens who are having difficulty with their parent's divorce and/or other struggles they are experiencing in this stage of their life.

Adolescents don't often know how change can occur, but with support & guidance from a neutral person they can get the help they need. I offer tools to empower you to create the kind of life you want to live.
