Working together in a supportive, creative, open environment, we use arts and dialogue to explore life's challenges, your relationship with others and most importantly to yourself. And, as the creation of a new image, feeling and/or idea arises, as the choice of a new material is made, as you learn to reframe the past, master feelings, recognize your resiliencies, and create new thought patterns, growth and healing occurs.
I have 16+ years experience and a focus on relationships (whether you are single or in a relationship), as well as creative blocks, life/career transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, coping with medical illness, loss, grief. I work within a relational framework, integrating mindfulness, coaching and other creative modalities.
Can art therapy be for adults, as well as teens/children? Definitely. Do you need an arts background? No. Can you have one? Of course. Creating can be as simple as pounding clay or allowing your hand to move with markers. Visit my website and please reach out with questions.

JUMPSTART Your Life Workshop for Women 40+

Using creative expression - art, drama etc, and coaching techniques. My co facilitator and I work with you in a group of no more than 6-8 women, ages 40+, as you focus on an area of your life where you feel stuck, and help you move into action. Women who participate experience community, creativity and action; and leave the day with concrete goals and a new ability to make them happen. And it's fun! Upcoming workshop dates to be announced. Please contact me to learn more.
