My name is Dr. Linda Timme. I am a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified by the National Board of Social Work in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. I am a Bilingual Clinical Therapist with over 15+ years of experience in mental health and specialize in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Disorder, complex trauma that results from grief and loss, domestic violence, among other traumatic events.
Life transitions are difficult and can result in situations such as cultural adjustment, prejudice/discrimination, decreased self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. I base my therapy on a powerful blend of traditional, holistic approaches that are client-centered and evidence-based.
