Many women I work with grew up needing to be “the strong one.” Difficult or emotionally unsafe childhoods can leave you feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure of who you are, even when life looks successful on the outside. I specialize in working with women with developmental and relational trauma, including attachment wounds, anxiety, and depression. Therapy offers a space to understand how early experiences shaped you—and to begin creating something different.
I believe the therapy relationship itself can be healing. I work in a collaborative, relational way—moving at your pace, honoring your resilience, and staying curious together about your inner world. We will explore both the painful and meaningful parts of your story, and the messages you learned about yourself along the way.
You deserve support as you navigate this work. I offer in-person therapy in Westminster, Colorado, and virtual sessions for clients in Colorado, Texas, Iowa, and Wisconsin. You don’t have to do this alone.
