Do you find yourself wondering why you're where you are in life...what brought you to this point? What is the meaning of this crisis in my life? Is there a purpose for my life? My approach to therapy is founded in Carl Jung's Depth Psychology and is useful for all life's problems that come our way - depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, grief, relationships, career and aging as well as for reflection and personal growth. Together we can find the answers to these questions. My approach is holistic, warm, client centered and non judgmental.
I am a diplomate Jungian Analyst affiliated with the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts and the International Association of Analytical Psychology. My focus is both on the conscious and unconscious and how these inform our choices and behaviors. Dream work is often an integral part of Jungian analysis but is not necessary to do Jungian therapy.
Jungian therapy is essentially a dialogue between two people in order to bring the unconscious factors/patterns unfolding in one's life to conscious awareness. Then it is possible to change old patterns holding you back from your wholeness. It's never to late to grow. Living a more meaningful and authentic life is possible.
