I use interventions from several treatment models including Narrative therapy, Intepesonal processing, Emotion-Focused, Trauma-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, etc.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples repair ruptures in their relationships, rebuild trust, and improve their communication. I also provide Christian-based counseling upon request. I help clients get unstuck from problem behaviors, codependency, trauma, abuse, and any other issues that interfere with their progress and overall well-being.
My clients experience genuine empathy and a nonjudgmental style that allows them to quickly feel valued and safe. I am passionate about equipping individuals and couples with tools and strategies that will help them self-regulate so they can achieve their goals.
