I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) with over 30 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping adults achieve healing and greater life fulfillment. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, pain management, relationship issues, faith-related challenges, and major life transitions. I see psychotherapy as a collaborative process with my clients, providing both education and expert guidance while encouraging you to reach your goals. I believe that psychotherapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I adapt my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
I earned my Master's and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from George Fox University, and I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Truman University. To further enhance my skills, I have continued my training and received certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
