I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who provides online mental health therapy services to Women ages 18 and over residing in WV. I enjoy speaking with women of all ages, those dealing with high stress occupations, relationship difficulties, PTSD, OCD, life transitions, aging, and bipolar disorder. My telehealth office is a safe place to process your pain and explore your fears. I offer Christian counseling upon request. I'm accepting new patients, and if you do not have insurance, I offer a sliding scale fee.
My goal is to help you experience greater self-awareness, confidence, and peace. Our work together will focus primarily on your goals for experiencing your life with calm presence. I use evidence-based interventions to help you live consistent with what you value most.
Early in our relationship, I will take the time to listen to you and hear what you’ve been through. I’ll ask you about your preferences and goals for therapy. I welcome your suggestions for ways I can make your therapeutic experience more meaningful. I look forward to working with you in your healing journey.
