Are you feeling anxious, sad or resentful because life isn't going as planned? Are you trying to balance the demands of a career and family, feeling disconnected in your personal relationships, or riding the rollercoaster of infertility? Life can be overwhelming, especially when the unexpected happens. I work with women, couples and families with an emphasis on dealing with anxiety, depression, infertility, grief, parenting, stress and relationship issues. I can help you reset and find your way again. I can help you feel stronger and confident to face the challenges of today and tomorrow.
I specialize in infertility, pregnancy loss and alternative family building. I help clients pursuing their families through assisted reproductive therapy, adoption, donor or surrogacy. A member of ASRM, I have training and resources to offer clients navigating the many decisions and emotional struggles toward family-building.
It's not easy to ask for help. It takes courage to seek counseling when you are feeling vulnerable. But this is the best time to take action. In a safe and confidential space, counseling will help you find hope, solutions, acceptance and growth. Break away from feeling like life is happening to you and make life happen for you!
