If it's symptoms of depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship conflicts, job-related issues, family problems, or just feeling STUCK, we'll identify the problems & your triggers to create practicable strategies, & refine your coping skills to work through what is hurting you. As your therapist, together we'll use Evidence Based Treatment (EBT)-MI, CBT, SFT, Mindfulness, & more to address your barriers to enhance your strengths. A born & raised NYC Latina, I use my diverse life-, solid academic, & professional experiences combined with my intuition & passion, to meet you wherever you're at and go as far as you're willing to go!
