My work with others have been with adolescents (15-17) and adults (18+) where the focus is how feelings and behaviors develop as well as providing clients with the skills to enhance their lives. Our collaboration with one another is essential in working towards your goals.
My therapeutic approach varies per individual depending on their needs. The most important part of therapy is to build a solid foundation while utilizing empathy, acceptance and positivity in the process. I utilize more of an eclectic approach where I use different treatment methods that varies by case.
