Hello. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. If you have depression, anxiety, or issues that you feel uncomfortable talking with others about, I offer a safe and confidential place to work on these issues. My goal is to help you feel more confident about yourself. I offer individual and family counseling. I want you to have a place to learn, grow and have an understanding of what you are feeling.
I have helped clients with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and many other mental health issues. Together, we can work on these issues and learn to understand triggers and develop positive coping skills to alleviate and control the symptoms.
