We believe each individual has unique needs, and requires an individual plan. We specialize in anxiety, mood disorders, trauma issues, depression, eating disorders, relationships, and other areas. We are certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Level 3 Trained Gottman Therapy for Couples, in addition to other treatment modalities. Our goal is for each person to have a positive growth experience of change and be able to interact openly during our time together. We are here to help individuals and families of any age.
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is a proven process that works for different types of distressing events. EMDR processes those events, which can turn into depression, anxiety, PTSD. Gottman Theory for Couples is a proven theory that helps build a sound relationship by learning communication skills that benefits each partner in the marriage.
Linda Ritch is a retired military spouse, wife, mother and daughter that listens with an open mind to those going through difficult times. Linda is certified in EMDR therapy. Amy Foss is experienced especially working with children and teens. We believe through God all things are possible.
