I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 28 years of professional
counseling experience in a variety of public and private counseling settings. A few
of the populations I have served include children, teens, adults, couples, and
families, including persons with disabilities and youth corrections. I help with
a wide range of challenges, including, but not limited to, stress, depression,
anxiety, gender identification issues, interpersonal relationships, low self-esteem,
religious concerns, PTSD, OCD, and pornography addiction.
Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, I graduated from the University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a major in Social Work. I completed her Masters in
Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Counseling at Brigham Young
University with Phi Kappa Phi Honors.
I served 8 years as a Board Member, 4 years of which I served as Chair of
the Utah State DOPL Clinical Mental Health Counselor Board. In her free time,
