I am passionate about embracing diversity & inclusivity in therapy to provide a safe space for BIPOC voices to be heard. As a child of immigrants with a bicultural background (Lao & Korean), I can bring a unique perspective. I can empathize with cultural differences in mental health treatment & generational trauma. I believe in the crucial link between mental health & overall well-being. I hope to work alongside clients, guiding them on a self-healing journey.
I view effective communication, collaboration & respecting boundaries as key for successful therapy. Offering patience, cultural empathy & constructive feedback, I believe childhood experiences, family dynamics, cultural background & identity profoundly shape mental health. Dedicated to serving marginalized communities, I aim to provide personalized support.
