I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, and families in various settings. My professional experience has involved working with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and chronic mental health symptoms. In my practice, I also incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion skills building. I enjoy working with people to process presenting challenges and gain insight into their current state in order to make necessary changes that will promote a healthier and happier life experience.

My clinical approach is eclectic and customized to each individual's unique strengths and presenting challenges. I utilizes techniques from various treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches.

My work experience entails working with youth and individuals to address mental and/or emotional health issues that negatively impact their quality of life and to support clients to create desired changes.
