I work with adults struggling with a wide array of issues including depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also enjoy helping those who are adjusting to major life transitions including postpartum adjustment, work and family changes. A big part of my work is encouraging greater self-acceptance, which promotes growth.
I have over 25 years experience providing therapy to adults of all ages. Colleagues describe me as calm and capable. My approach to therapy is warm and collaborative, and I truly love the work I do. There is little so rewarding as seeing a client recover and grow.
