I’m Linda, and like many of the people I work with, I’ve faced my own seasons of struggle ; from divorce and abuse to codependency, stress, and family challenges. Therapy helped me heal, and that journey shaped the counselor I am today. My goal is to “pay it forward” by offering the same safe space and support to others.
I hold a BS in Psychology and an MS in Counseling Mental Health. I’m licensed as both a Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and I’m nationally certified (NCC). Each credential adds to my ability to walk alongside you with empathy, experience, and practical tools for real change.
I draw from a blend of evidence-based approaches, including solution-focused and reality therapy, CBT, REBT, holistic practices, and the 12-Step philosophy. My goal is to create a supportive and proactive space where clients can find clarity, build resilience, and experience lasting, life-giving change.
