I have over 22 years experience working with children, adults and families struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders and behavioral issues, as well as marital and family issues. My goal is to help individuals gain insight into their feelings and behaviors, as well as gain the skills needed to foster change and personal growth.
I am a licensed professional counselor with experience in the private practice setting, as well as in both private and public schools. My 22 years' experience in education helps me to collaborate effectively with school districts (child study teams, guidance and administration) when and if the need arises.
