I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and have helped people create solutions for over 20 years. I have experience with life transitions (divorce, grief, job loss or change), depression, trauma, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety, and PTSD. Credentialed for Denver, Aurora, and Pueblo counties for Medicaid.
I try to suit my approach to you as an individual, but I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. Emotional Freedom Technique is a skill I can teach you, so that you can help yourself. I'm also trained in Dialetical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and wellness coaching.
