I am fulfilling my life's purpose by helping others attain their goals with the assistance of psychotherapy. I offer a committed, non-judgmental relationship, combined with ethical evidence-based practice techniques. I provide Client-Centered, CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy to adults, children, adolescents, and couples.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Social Work from University of Texas in Austin. I am certified in EMDR, a powerful treatment method effective in treating PTSD and many other conditions, and anger resolution.
I specialize in providing treatment for trauma, PTSD, anger management, relationship problems, depression, and anxiety. My approach is holistic, treating the mind, body, and spirit for the overall health and well-being of the individual.
