Greetings! I am an LMFT 145910 located in Southern California with over 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma, abuse, coping with grief and loss, families dealing with dementia/Alzheimer/TBI, addiction,n and the challenges of sobriety. Additionally, I have worked with individuals going through major life changes (ie, divorce, marriage, having children, losing a job, losing a parent or child).
The therapeutic approaches I utilize include and are not limited to Client-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Therapy.
