If there’s anything we can count on, it’s that we are constantly navigating what it means to adapt to the changes life brings our way. Some of this change is positive. Some of it is so painful. Some we have control over. And some is thrust upon us in the most unfair ways imaginable. Therapy is one of the few places dedicated to helping you adapt to your unique challenges- so you can uncover what you need in order to live with more daily satisfaction and joy. And if you are a busy person wearing many hats, teletherapy can be the easiest way to balance caring for yourself with your other responsibilities.
I specialize in teletherapy with women, college students, healthcare providers and other caregivers, mental health professionals, and LGBTQ+ individuals. My approach is scientifically grounded, trauma-informed, feminist, and multiculturally sensitive. I tailor to each person's unique needs as there is no one-size-fits-all approach for healing.
I feel so lucky to to do this work, and know reaching out for help can be a scary thing many people never thought they would do. My goals are for you to leave each session feeling like you are seen and heard, have a take-away you can use, and you matter. I respond promptly to new client communication, and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
