While I work with a variety of issues, my clinical focus is in areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, life transitions, grief and loss, spirituality/deconstruction, and burnout.
My approach is grounded in the belief that our brains and bodies are naturally inclined to move towards healing, though sometimes obstacles can get in the way.
