Since 1997, I have assisted a wide-range of clients including those seeking therapy for the first time to those who have received treatment for years. Please note: My practice is limited to the treatment of adults. Also marital or family therapy is out of the scope of my practice.
I use evidence-based practices to help facilitate your wellness. Treatment strategies I use include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). These types of therapy have much research to support their effectiveness.
