With over twenty-five years of experience, I am dedicated to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and individualized psychotherapy to help you achieve change and personal growth. I understand that what may work in helping one person meet their goals may not work for another. Therefore, I use a flexible, individualized, and integrative approach to help you achieve a greater sense of well being by gaining understanding and greater mastery over the factors that underlie your difficulties. I will also work with you to build on your existing strengths and develop new skills to resolve your concerns.
People see me for a variety of concerns including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, panic attacks, life transitions, grief, living with chronic and/or life threatening illnesses, stress, or simply wanting to live life more fully. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, children and families.
