In my practice I focus on working with adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety, response to a traumic experience (past or present), abuse, or feeling overwhelmed with life events of all descriptions. Common issues clients identify are childhood traumas that continue to impact daily life by having poor boundaries, being a people pleaser, and communication problems. Other clients are seeking help managing a sense of overwhelm arising from multiple directions - relationships, family needs, work issues, social situations & health issues. I welcome your spiritual beliefs within the session for those seeking Christian based therapy.
Taking that first step to seek therapy is difficult. I strive to help you feel very comfortable to discuss any troubling issues without fear or embarassment. You will receive strategies and ideas even in the very first session. We continue to break down issues to identify core issues that are examined and adjusted to help you live your best life.
