Trained in trauma and grief counseling, I help clients with PTSD, trauma, and grief from death, divorce, suicide, sex abuse, disability, crime, pet loss, and job loss; self-esteem, family/relationship issues, co-dependence, infidelity, and addiction recovery. Learn skills such as positive psychology, self-compassion, mindfulness, acceptance, and self-talk.
Empathy and compassion help me quickly establish trust and rapport with my clients. I work well with individuals from all backgrounds, ranging in age from high school graduates to the elderly, both heterosexual and LGBTQ, and those from diverse cultural/religious/spiritual backgrounds, including Christian, Hindu, Muslim, Buddhist, atheist, and agnostic.
