For the past 35 years, as a clinical psychologist, I have assisted clients in coping with a wide range of life stressors and emotional struggles including depression, anxiety, psychological trauma and relationship difficulties. My professional goal is that clients leave every therapy session feeling they have “gotten something” from our time together. Perhaps a new insight, coping strategy or perspective to mention only a few potential outcomes. My approach starts with creating a comfortable space for clients to share their life story, current situation and goals for enhancing their life and personal sense of well-being.
My work with thousands of individuals has shaped my commitment to a mind-body-spirit focus in therapy. This orientation led me to pursue advanced training through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine and Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Additional certifications include EMDR therapist, Integrative Medicine Provider and Yoga Teacher.
