Sometimes, we struggle to share our feelings, even with those closest to us. You may worry about burdening others or hope that time will make it better. Maybe you avoid your feelings or find yourself overthinking them. Whatever the reason, you don’t have to face it alone. My own mental health journey inspired my passion for helping others, and as a therapist, I’ve witnessed how depression, anxiety, and past trauma can leave you feeling isolated and powerless. I want to be your beacon of hope, helping you tap into your inner strengths, regain your confidence, and make lasting positive changes.
As an EMDRIA-certified EMDR Therapist, I value your strengths and abilities. I use an integrative and trauma-focused approach with a somatic framework alongside cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and psychodynamic therapies. This mind-body approach supports you as an individual since one size does not fit all, and it allows for a deeper level of healing.
Starting therapy requires faith and trust—faith that change is possible and trust in the therapist you choose. My role isn’t to fix you but to understand who you are and what you want. Then, we work together to help you achieve it. Contact me if you’d like to learn more about me and my approach. I offer both in-person and online sessions to suit your needs.
