About
You may be struggling with strong emotions or wondering when your life will ever get back to normal. Or maybe you are at a crossroads in your life and needing to make a major decision. I will provide a safe place for you to share your story when you are dealing with difficult situations and feelings in your relationships or making important decisions about your life.
I draw from several theoretical bases, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. You will leave therapy sessions with new actions to try out between appointments. My experience includes eight years as a therapist at Catholic Charities in Lawrence and counseling in school settings, foster care and family preservation.
I have a gentle, laid-back style to my practice. I am dedicated to helping you in the way that you wish to be helped. I will listen to your story and then we will come up with plans to change what you want to have different in your life.
