I have a Masters Degree in Counseling from 2017 and over 20 years of combined experience working in both the Human and Behavioral Health fields. My background includes serving a broad scope of communities seeking support to learn new skills and coping strategies which includes adults, couples and families. EMDR certified.
I work with those struggling to recover from traumatic incidents, anxiety, and depression that have become barriers to their sense of well-being and ability to enjoy life in a meaningful way. I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening and hanging out with dogs and horses for grounding and relaxation. I am open to helping others better enjoy the simple things
