Life can be stressful particularly in these unpredictable times. You may be finding that worries are hard to turn off during the day and also keep you up at night. I can help you to get a handle on your worries, regain energy, and to feel more grounded and able to manage what comes your way.
I work with adults in individual therapy. During my over 20 years of practice, I have worked with clients presenting a broad range of difficulties and from a wide range of backgrounds. I've developed skill in many different treatment approaches for anxiety, depression and other problems, such as EMDR, CBT, relaxation and mindfulness training.
My many years of experience permit me to more quickly assess the problem and to have a variety of treatment approaches that can bring lasting change. I do have an expertise working with adult survivors of abuse and specialize in treating PTSD and dissociative disorders. My EMDR and DNMS training help me to provide more relief to this population.
