About
For me, therapy is a safe place to truly explore the areas of our lives that impact our daily interactions with ourselves and those around us. Sometimes, when we go somewhere new we need a guide, someone who can help us climb the steep mountains safely and maneuver the hard terrain that can come. My goal as your therapist is to be that guide and help you navigate through the discoveries made throughout the process. Therapy can be emotionally challenging and can bring about vulnerability that is uncomfortable at times but what I hope to create for you is a place where you know your vulnerability will be protected and safe.
My experience has been mainly with children and adolescents. I have spent the past year working as a Substance Abuse Counselor working with a variety of individuals. I have worked with clients to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. I hope to provide a comfortable place for you so we can go on the journey that is therapy together.
