"Grief does not change you...it reveals you."- John Green. Loss comes in many forms; death of a loved one, family trauma, end of a relationship or job, a move/loss of home, and health issues. Experiencing grief because of loss can make us turn away just when we need the most support. We can also get triggered at certain times, especially around the holidays. Reaching out takes courage and I provide a safe, nonjudgmental and caring space to help clients express complicated emotions, manage anxiety/sleep issues, learn coping skills and practice self-care during these life changing transitions.
My passion is dreamwork. Since we all dream, we have access to the wise and healing messages there as well as its transformative possibilities as "good medicine." Because dreams can go to the heart of issues, I use a gentle approach and encourage clients to explore at their own pace.
Over the years, I've worked with a diverse clientele and developed holistic techniques including dreamwork, ancestral healing, narrative therapy and expressive arts that empower people to make more mindful changes in their lives. By tending to their grief, clients have discovered new potentials, profound transformation and, more importantly, hope.

Everyone grieves differently and there is no one ‘right’ answer for how to cope when someone you love dies. But you don’t need to be alone in this process. No matter how long you’ve been grieving, we offer a safe and compassionate place to explore the complex emotions of loss, provide tools and strategies, as we build a community of hope and connection.

Dream Group-TBD
The group series is designed to explore the power of dream sharing over a six week period with others using carefully crafted techniques, will reveal the many layers of wisdom and magic hidden there. From expressive arts to active imagination, have fun discovering the creative potential of your dreams in a dynamic and interactive yet safe setting. No dream experience necessary but a six week commitment is required. Fee is $300 for the series and a discount of $30 for those who pay in full for all six weeks. Materials are included in the fee.
