I’m a trauma therapist specializing in working with individuals to achieve posttraumatic growth. I’m trained in EMDR, BLAST Technique, mindfulness-based stress reduction, CBT, and Grief Recovery Method. For over five years, I’ve helped public safety professionals and military navigate the effects of trauma, loss, and chronic stress.
