At Abundant Life Counseling, my team and I are passionate about helping our clients thrive in every area of their lives. But life has a way of "happening" and whether you are reeling from recent trauma such as betrayal, infidelity or loss of a loved one, or just struggling with day to day realities of hard decisions, interpersonal relationships or parenting challenges, we are here to walk along side you. We also help premarital couples get off to a good start and established couples improve conflict resolution and increase intimacy.
For over a decade I've worked with individuals, couples and families. As trauma-informed marriage and family therapists, we believe our past experiences impact the way we form our identity and relate to each other in the present. As Christian therapists, we integrate spirituality with psychotherapy. I also love training the next generation of therapists.
