I offer a client-centered, strengths-based approach to processing emotions and attachment experiences, as well as build coping skills (i.e., mindfulness, emotional regulation, frustration tolerance, etc.) while providing interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
