I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience working in behavioral health units and providing group therapy and individual counseling. I specialize in helping adults and seniors struggling with mental stress, bipolar disorder, life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma.
I received my Master of Social Work from Eastern Michigan University. I combine my rich background with evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and mindfulness techniques.
