My Model: Celebrating the equal relationship between the client and facilitator, we move with the flow of energy: the client as the 'expert' on self, and the facilitator as the 'expert' on the theories of psychological change. DW Winnicott reminds us of the beauty and function of playing: involving fantasy, creativity and energy flow. We bring the unconscious to the conscious mind with the specific goal of moving toward desired changes, as we nurture the healing process. We'll focus on your habitual behavioral responses. I practice integrative psychology with a spiritual focus, and coaching strategies. There is a focus on wellness. We need to realize how powerful we are!
