I am trained in somatic experiencing and psychodynamic therapy. Combining these two approaches can gently heal trauma and help you live life more authentically and fully. We will work with your thoughts, feelings, and perceived bodily sensations to help you become more comfortable with yourself and your relationships.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner who provides clients with a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment in which they can explore the issues and problems that they have been unable to resolve on their own or with prior therapy.
