I work in a collaborative and interactive manner to help guide you toward two primary goals--first, to identify and resolve the immediate problems presented, and then to develop psychological tools that can be used after completion of the therapeutic sessions.
I work with (1) individuals to help them with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues; (2) adults and families dealing with the disease of alcoholism; and (3) persons suffering from the loss of loved ones, including pets.
