I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist. I provide psychotherapy to children (ages 6-17), adults and families. My areas of specialty are anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, stress management, parenting, attachment/relationship issues, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and grief/loss issues.
Treatment approaches I use in my work with clients are play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I offer in-office and tele-therapy (video or phone) appointments.
