I enjoy working with children, teens and adults and believe each person has unique positive qualities inside, yet may need some assistance from a therapist when going through various life phases, transitions or difficult experiences. A person's best qualities can become hidden and overshadowed by other symptoms/behaviors due to a wide variety of factors. I look forward to meeting with you, your child or teen provide assistance in transitioning you and or your family member to a healthier and more satisfying place.
I am client centered, caring and humanistic. I provide a safe and comfortable setting to understand my clients in their unique life circumstances. I utilize therapeutic art activities and play therapy techniques with children to assist them in self expression and problem solving skills. I also work with families on communication and parenting skills.
I have over 30 years experience working in both the clinical and school settings a with a wide variety of symptoms areas addressed for children, teens and adults. I strive to help each person move to a place where they are most satisfied and productive in life! I also was a clinical supervisor for LMFT interns and trainees for over 20 years.
