About
Trauma, anxiety, and depression can keep you stuck in a whirlwind of intense emotions, unsatisfying relationships, and limiting thoughts. I help adults and adolescents turn their stuck points into stepping stones. I provide evidence-based treatment and innovative strategies in safe, welcoming spaces. We can meet in my Lexington office, on Zoom, or in the peaceful setting of a private horse farm where equine- and canine-assisted sessions are also available.
I'm certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained and experienced in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing for PTSD, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), and Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) Treatment.
You deserve to live your best life. Therapy that fosters real growth is a game changer. Here, you will be deeply heard, unjudged and supported as you break free from what has been holding you back. To learn more, contact me to schedule your free consultation call.
