Some of my clients issues are Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Addiction, Criminal Justice System Issues. Their goals are to feel better mentally, and to be able to function better in their lives. They want a therapist who can be understanding, objective and empathetic. They want some that they feel comfortable with to discuss sensitive issues.
I can offer different types of therapy. These include CBT, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness to name a few. I also use other strategies. I can see couples also , and young people age 16 and up through the senior citizen ages.
I am a very good listener and understand the clients issues. I can help them work various difficulties and understand when the client is upset regarding situations that are going on in their life. I encourage a client to express how they feel. We can build strategies together.
